What you need to know about
the installation process

- AIS uses a special installation technique making the installation far less disruptive than trenching or hand digging.
- You will be asked to manually water your lawn prior to installation to soften hard ground.
You will be asked to have your lawn mowed to insure proper head placement and it makes for a cleaner installation.
- An average size lawn will take one day to install.
- AIS uses Rainbird digital timers, spray heads and electric valves.
- AIS installs a rain sensor on every system. unless requested not to.
- You do not need to be home on the day of installation, access to the garage is need to hang the automatice and may be arranged in advance.
- AIS will call to have your utilities marked prior to digging, however AIS is not responsible for any cut cables during installation.
- The system will be set to run for that season and the system comes with a full instruction manual and DVD to insure you will always know how to use your system. You will receive a brief training session after installation.
- AIS offers a one year warranty on manufacture parts and installation labor. Warranty does not cover adjustments or repairs due to customer fault or acts of God.
